D | 如今，常州依托产业基础，加快布局先进复合材料产业，碳纤维及复合材料产业已成为当地未来产业发展的重要支撑。作为这一产业的重要创新平台，长三角碳纤维及复合材料技术创新中心由常州市人民政府、江苏省产业技术研究院和常州国家高新区管委会共同组建成立，聚焦航空航天、土木工程结构、关键装备等领域的新材料研发与应用。

E | 据咸贵军介绍，创新中心重点开展先进碳纤维、高性能与多功能复合材料、装备轻量化、异质材料连接、全寿命周期评价与循环应用等关键技术攻关，着力破解碳纤维及复合材料领域“卡脖子”难题，推动创新资源集聚和产业协同发展。不过，创新中心成立之初也面临成果转化与落地的难题。咸贵军介绍，研究团队在工程复材、航空复材等领域具有较强科研实力，解决了一系列“0到1”的基础科学问题，但产业化仍需突破技术放大、稳定性等“1到10”的关键环节，如何推动科研成果快速走向产业，成为中心必须破解的问题。因此，创新中心在持续开展基础研究与应用技术研发的同时，进一步完善中试平台，并用好“拨投结合”机制，推动财政资金与社会资本协同，通过内生培育项目、研发资金支持等方式，推动科研成果从实验室走向产业化应用，打通成果转化“最后一公里”。目前，创新中心一方面承担国家“十四五”重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金项目、省重点基金项目等基础研究项目，另一方面承担多项重大横向课题，解决产业技术问题，并推动原创技术产业化落地和产业化公司的成立，为长三角碳纤维及复合材料产业持续发展提供创新支撑。
